Industrial Painting and Protective Coatings Services
Industrial coatings are necessary in order to prevent corrosion, and to maintain durability of not only the buildings commercially utilized, but also the structures, machinery, flooring, tanks, ducts, and more. Kaska Painting specializes in recognizing and fulfilling what is needed in order to ensure that your business will be structurally sound using various coating techniques such as airless and conventional spraying and brush and roll techniques.

Sand Blasting
Abrasive blasting is a technique used to clean surfaces using a machine which forcibly propels an abrasive against a surface for the sake of cleaning or repurposing. These are the methods used to prepare and polish a structure or surface for painting and coating.

Power Washing
Vapor blasting combines the use of abrasives and water in a pressurized container. This technique is typically used in an environment where it is important to keep dust particles from entering the air.

Soda Blasting
Often used in manufacturing plants with sensitive materials, soda blasting uses sodium bicarbonate, more commonly known as baking soda, and is a more mild technique of cleansing a surface so as not to cause any damage to the surface being cleaned.

Vapor Blasting
Vapor blasting combines the use of abrasives and water in a pressurized environment.

Oil & Gas
Without corrosion protection, the annual cost of oil and gas corrosion damages due to equipment failure and lost production time can be astronomical. Tubing, pipelines, fasteners and equipment are subject to the punishing effects of chemicals, water and sea salt spray. While industry-standard hot-dip galvanized, cadmium and zinc-plated coatings lack durability and deteriorate in unpredictable weather or offshore environments, Kaska Painting can minimize the effects of corrosion and abrasion and improve the longevity of costly equipment.

Food Processing
Kaska Painting has solved many of its customers’ problems within the food processing industry by diminishing the growth of bacteria and molds, mitigating the spread of germs and viruses, and abolishing harbor points for those pesky issues.
