Zinc-Rich, Epoxy, and Urethane Coatings:

Zinc-Rich coatings consist of zinc with a binder and are often used for steel structures. This type of coating is great at sealing places where some other coatings may be unable to protect.

Epoxy coatings consist of epoxy combined with a catalyst or polyamine hardener. These coatings are used to increase durability and protection for things such as pipe support replacement and rehabilitation.

Urethane coatings are known for their shine and durability. They are a highly flexible, abrasive-resistant coating, becoming the perfect application for a situation for superior color and gloss preservation as well as safety and stability on flooring. Urethane coatings are often used over the top of an epoxy coating.
Our team is experienced with application of various forms of urethane coatings including cementitious urethane, oil-based, acrylic, and more.

Floor Coatings

While industrial coatings are extremely important in steel structures and equipment, floor coatings are equally as important to properly prepare. Proper flooring can help maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents or damage caused by heavy machinery or harsh chemicals.

Duct Coatings

Ducts can often result in not only corrosion over time, but also mold or mildew. Proper sealant is crucial to the longevity of any ductwork utilized in an industrial setting.

Tank Lining

Regardless of the liquid being held in a tank, it is well-known that liquids, including even water, can be highly corrosive. It is important to ensure the durability so as not to suffer any loss of materials.

Sandblasting and Power Washing:

Abrasive blasting is a technique used to clean surfaces using a machine which forcibly propels an abrasive against a surface for the sake of cleaning or repurposing. These are the methods used to prepare and polish a structure or surface for painting and coating.

Soda Blasting

Often used in manufacturing plants with sensitive materials, soda blasting uses sodium bicarbonate, more commonly known as baking soda, and is a more mild technique of cleansing a surface so as not to cause any damage to the surface being cleaned.

Power Washing

Vapor blasting combines the use of abrasives and water in a pressurized container. This technique is typically used in an environment where it is important to keep dust particles from entering the air.
